Leading a diverse and varied team of technologists (~11 members) spanning wet lab functions, analysis, and report writing.Coordination between multiple departments and pathologists to accomplish goals, meet deadlines, improvement efforts (CAPA), and facilitate patient care.Interpretation of cytogenetics results, ISCN designation, case review, composing abnormal/normal reports for final review and case review for submission to a physicians including highly complex interpretations and ISCN.Coordination of case review, report composition and additional testing with clinical consultants and pathologists.Consistent high throughput for number of cases with completed analysis and reports written 7-10 cases per day dependent on quality of specimen.
