  I took part in the Nedbank Quantitative Exploration Programme (QEP) where I was exposed to a more nuanced understanding of the type of work a Quantitative Analyst would do at Nedbank. We were randomly organised into teams and took part in different work projects. I won 1st prize for a project where we had to create a model which determines if someone should be granted a payment holiday on their loan. The Internship also included presentations to Senior Quantitative Analysts and various mindfulness activities.
