I spent a week at Melvyn Rutter Ltd. For the first half of the week I was shown car restoration, repair of crashed cars and checking over Morgans that had just been delivered from the factory. The second half of the week I was given the responsibility for a Morris Minor which a customer wanted stripped down and sand blasted so it could be repainted for a complete restoration. This gave me a fantastic opportunity to dismantle a car from top to bottom including the removal of fundamental parts… I spent a week at Melvyn Rutter Ltd.
