Ellie Miller
Jamie would radiate positivity throughout her team. She enjoyed coming up with creative ways to love prospecting challenges that arose daily. She is well versed in running and executing successful ABM campaigns. Her ability to receive and give feedback made Jamie a natural leader among her peers. Jamie formed trusting relationships among her many mentees and provided a nurturing onboarding culture for each new member of the team. Jamie was meant to lead a team and any organization would benefit from having her on their roster.

Jamie and I were students together as we pursued our Applied Economic Management degrees from Virginia Tech. During that time I was able to bear witness to the ease with which Jamie would grasp foreign concepts when they were presented by our professors. While undoubtedly highly intelligent, more telling of Jamie's prowess as a student was her commitment to hard work. Jamie knew that no skill comes without dedication and would seize any opportunity to further her education, whether through supplemental reading or asking for clarification whenever necessary. She would strive to be the very best student possible, and I'm sure this commitment would only increase as she enters the job market. Finally, the most admirable quality of Jamie is her enthusiasm towards working for the greater picture. Jamie and I worked on many projects together and, while she would take on any task regardless of difficulty, she also had a keen eye for knowing when other students were struggling. Without fail she would be there to help her classmates, whether with words of encouragement or by taking on some extra work herself in order to help the team run smoother. Jamie would be an excellent addition to any company and I cannot wait to see what she accomplishes over her career.
