In my current role, I established a new strategic direction to transform and modernize OPTO’s sales, business development, and marketing organization. I founded and formed the business development department and was responsible for onboarding and retaining many of the company’s largest accounts. I lead key improvement efforts, including the restructuring of the entire marketing department with a renewed focus on digital and social media advertising. I align marketing strategy to client buying patterns. I currently oversee the sales budget and my team of 15 designers we surpassed the yearly budget by 38%. I report directly to the Chairman and investors and I’m skilled in maintaining transparent communications with private equity investors.
