eQS is a full service Diversity and Inclusion Consultancy. They are also a technology specialist in cognitive disability and mental wellness, producing personalised learning solutions for neurodiverse university students. I was hired as a Junior Content Designer and have progressed to Graphic Designer in 2021. Duties and Achievements. - Reported to the CEO and Group Marketing Director day to day, delivering anything graphic and UI based from basic logo design through to multi-faceted projects. - When I joined eQS, it consisted of four disconnected brands. I took on the responsibility of rebranding these separate brands to create a cohesive ‘look and feel’. - I led the entire visual production, including multiple UI designs to revamp the e-Learning portal for the Learning Labs brand. It was critical to the project that we adhered to Web Content Accessibility Guides (WCAG) to ensure that the portal was accessible to visually-impaired or hearing-impaired students. We achieved an AAA rating. Spearheading this project contributed to my thorough understanding of the importance of accessible design and how to achieve that. - I regularly storyboarded, briefed and created fully animated video shorts to promote services provided by the five separate brands (Invate, eQL, Learning Labs, Amano, EW group). - Under eQS respectively I have produced multiple professional logos for sub brands and brands which follow the company's design ethos. - Designed and produced multiple digital and print marketing collateral for all five brands. - Identified by the HR team to be a ‘group values champion’. This involved promoting the company values at all times both internally and externally. - Mentored a junior Graphic Designer who had recently joined the group, supporting and training on specific design software and advising on group marketing collateral.
