  There are 3 major sections that I oversee being a Front-end Operations Manager at POPLOOKSection 1: Customer Service (CS)1. Responsible for Customer Service day to day performance. Making sure that KPI standards are met.2. Works closely with other departments such as Operations, Technical and Accounts pertaining to CS issues related to Company's terms & conditions and GST code of conduct.3. Conduct weekly meets to discuss issues related and strategies to improve and serve customers better.Section 2: Operations 1. Oversees related systems for shipping documents such as consignment note (external forwarder systems) and tax invoice (internal related systems). 2. Responsible for all shipping document's deadline and accuracy.3. Oversees all launches and promos on the website. Making sure that the team meets the deadline and promotions (eg: Instagram, Email Marketing etc) for the launch are carried out accordingly.4. Responsible for all preparations that lead up to the launch, eg: photoshoot, product descriptions, promo discounts codes etc.5. Responsible to track the inventory for any discrepancy then work closely with Back-end Operations team to resolve it. 6. Conduct weekly meets to discuss issues related and strategies to achieve effectiveness and efficiency. Section 3: Communication with External Platform1. Oversees all operations with external platform such as Zalora and Fashionvalet2. Responsible to communicate deadlines of shipment, launches and any ad hoc inquiries. Show less
