I first met Jamie while planning and conducting a Professional Development presentation at the Iowa State University Advertising Club. We have since interacted via telephone, LinkedIn and email. In all interactions, Jamie has demonstrated three characteristics that are of the utmost importance to me when considering a soon to be college graduate for employment: Excellent communication skills, leadership, and a strong desire to help his fellow students learn, develop, and achieve their goals. I interact with hundreds of students a semester, and only occasionally does one of them stand out as someone I would hire, if I had an applicable opening. Jamie is one of those people, and will be a tremendous asset to any organization lucky enough to have him.
