Can we escape the loneliness, remove the filter and be true to ourselves?'The Toll' was written by Chinonyerem Odimba, and directed by Jesse Jones. 'The Toll' is a play that asks important questions about what the now is telling us about the bit that comes after. What new borders has Brexit created, both literally and metaphorically? Seven characters are caught between these conversations. It digs into the dangerous impact that shouting into the void might be having on friendship, families, and the future of the country.These productions were performed in rep, sharing the same lighting rig, and contained the use of Robe Intelligent Fixtures, and an ETC Eos Desk.
