  After university I decided to get a job as a cellar hand and bartender at the Angel Hotel. Hospitality has always appealed to me as I find good quality service and the social aspects of the industry very rewarding. My year at the Angel Hotel gave me a keen eye for detail in terms of tailoring an experience. From the set up of the venue, to the service of food and drinks, getting involved in every aspect of running the pub has given me an invaluable understanding of time management, attention to detail, effective communication and customer service.

  At the National Carbon Bank of Australia (NCBA), I was a part-time Compliance Officer where they specialise in industrial electrical and gas savings. My role in the business was to manage and execute the creation of lighting schematics for the buildings and warehouses that had undergone a lighting upgrade under our services. I additionally provided frequent assistance in the processing and auditing of our client’s submissions to request rebates for their energy savings. Working at NCBA gave me great experience at managing work loads associated with high paced team based projects.
