  Client contact. I project manage small scale projects, liaise with clients maintaining good contacts and strong relationships, provide troubleshooting, quotes and proposals for Phase I & II investigations and quotea for lab costs. I design or assist in the design of investigations, manage site works and contractors, and carry out subsequent reporting. Includes follow up sampling/monitoring. Reporting on findings and lab analysis with a revised risk assessment and CSM. Reporting includes using statistics when required, analysing lab data and incorporating current legislation and industry guidance. Advising work colleagues and senior managers on various aspects of social media.
