      I worked for three months voluntarily unpaid. I was employed as the Administrator for the Online Service department. This fantastic opportunity adapted my communication and teamwork skills to a business environment, as I had to communicate not only with colleagues but with clients as well. An important and necessary skill was required for the position was excellent IT skills, which I excelled in as almost all of my independent tasks were IT based. This job very much required me to work without supervision and independently, whilst being still very involved in group discussion and thought processing. I believe this shows my desire and ability to work within this type of industry, and show that I also have the requirements to succeed to the highest standard in this job. I left Chase de Vere with an excellent reference that I would be more than happy to pass on if necessary.Also to communicate with clients about the Salary Sacrifice systems, and collect and provide important information to them on the benefit providers. This allowed me to complete independent roles on developing and building the Salary Sacrifice systems, used for current clients. Working with other departments in the offices, for client information. I worked in other departments when needed, to help with mailing systems, and distributing important paperwork to clients.
