I was asked to move to Australia to work in the St Kilda branch. My first full month in store I made more revenue for the company than any UK transfer to date; and the store made the most money it has ever made in it's 30year history (Individually achieving over 300% of my target). During my time there I regularly finished at the top of the revenue leaderboard for Victoria and within the top 3 in Australia as a whole. I was elected to be Victoria's only 'round the world' expert out of hundreds of employee's, as well as being instructed to record and role out sales training to the rest of the country as I maintained one of the highest yield and conversion rates in the country. I was awarded the 'Top Travel Expert' award for quarter two of 2018 (April through to June), which means I delivered the most revenue throughout that quarter (despite only working for 2 out of the 3 months). I was asked to step up to fill the role of Assistant Manager at the Leeds Vicar Lane Store which is the second largest branch in terms of revenue in the UK (out of 52 stores), becoming the youngest person to hold the role.This meant I not only had a full sales target of my own, but also had to share the managerial load and run the store in the managers absence. I was in charge of everything from feedback, data analysis and reporting, to training of staff, complaints handling, and quality assurance across our team which consisted of 9 members. This meant that both yield and customer conversions was something I had to optimise in order to maximise time efficiency, and I took particular interest in the evaluation of marketing campaigns and it's relationship to closing and increasing sales revenue to do this.Despite increasing my responsibilities I was able to still consistently exceed my own sales targets and frequently achieve over 200% of monthly targets.
