I am involved in work such as the Brynllys farm project and several agricultural and residential commissions as well as much speculative work such as advising design potentials to Ceredigion county council for their Aberaeron swimming pool project. This small practice allows me to see projects right through, from initial client meetings with pre-application discussions and preparation of brief, liaison between planning, highway and building control departments, concept design to submitting planning documentation.
