I am yet to see someone exhibit a similar drive and passion to succeed in their career as I have seen in Jamie. His attention to detail and execution of sessions was second to none. The versatility he has to work with a wide range of age groups, genders, and ability levels make him an outstanding coach. I feel working with him helped me improve hugely and I picked up several ideas from studying his work. I was fortunate enough to spend a year not just working with him, but living with him, too. To this day he remains a close friend and someone I have a lot of time for. He is focused, driven and, above all, a brilliant person that I am privileged to have had the chance to work with.

I couldn’t recommend Jamie enough in his role supporting our varied age and ability teams over 2 academic years. Jamie is passionate about Football, has high standards for himself, his staff and his athletes and demonstrates exceptional levels of duty of care. He coached numerous teams from U8’s to U19’s at Tanglin Trust School and has had many successes in his role. His leadership complimented the values we held at School and the desire to be coached by and be a part of Jamie’s team was evident with the students. Jamie is skilled in his field, personable and reliable, but above all else a genuine person.

I design and execute an individual development curriculum tailored to each age group for youth girls from the ages of 5-13 years old in South London. We promote participation and aspiration of excellence in the sport and character of each individual. Our values are encouragement, respect, equality and effort; we believe they will build a positive and inclusive development culture for players and parents. I was the Head Coach for 4 teams in the Elite Academy, which is a program designed for the higher level players at the club to get more exposure to training, higher level leagues and international tournaments. It was based around a club playing and coaching philosophy that included a periodised curriculum and weekly meetings. I directed the Girls program, which, as well as coaching, involved designing a curriculum for and supporting 4 other coaches involved in the program, recruiting players and developing program. I also performed similar duties as Lead Coach for the U11/12 section of the boys soccer school. I lead the partnership with Tanglin Trust International School, developing positive relationships with key staff and decision makers, while supporting their football program within the school. During my time the school extended the coaching contract and increased the amount of coaching we provided weekly. Show less

After trials, a group of the best Under 11 players from Prep Schools in South East England was formed to participate in the Gothia Cup in Sweden. I developed a training plan for the team at a pre-tournament training weekend in North London to create a team culture, some cohesion and a style of play for the tournament. My self and a colleague then took responsibility for the group of 12 players from airport drop-off to airport pick-up. This included all welfare through travel, accommodation, food, leisure time and tournament schedule. Show less

Working with some of the best grassroots players in East London, I designed technical focused sessions based around a predetermined curriculum with the aim of producing players for the advanced Development Centre team and Academy.
