      I oversee the operations of a large scale agricultural project (40,000 ha), Incorporating oil palm, sugar and beef. The company employs over 4,300 people, 85 are professional salaried staff, 23 of whom are expatriates. The company gained certification in Round Table for Sustainable Palm Oil in 2010. We produce 35,000 tonnes of sugar, 45,000 tonnes of palm oil, 1200 tonnes of beef and 2.5 million litres of ethanol annually.       I was responsible for the operation of the business in West New Britain. This included 34,000 hectares of estate oil palm and 24,000 hectares of smallholder oil palm. The operation had four oil mills and a refinery, a plant breeding and seed production unit. The business also included a 4,000 head beef operation with a feedlot and abattoir. There were over 9,000 employees in the business that produced 300,000 tonnes of Crude Palm Oil and 26,000 tonnes of Palm Kernel Oil annually.
