I don’t believe I have ever made a better hire than Jamie Rogers. Jamie was right out of college when she accepted a job working for me as a Staffing Consultant. Jamie immediately broke all the stereotypes we hear about her generation. Not only did she never a miss a day the entire time she worked for me, she often came in early and worked late. One of the things I appreciated most about Jamie was her raw intellect. She is just smart. We joked that she was the office spell check/grammar check/encyclopedia. Additionally, Jamie was always the consummate team player. She was happy to help me train new people, and jump in and help her colleagues however needed. When I heard of Jamie’s upcoming move, I thought immediately of how lucky some organization in the Tri-Cities area will be to scoop her up. She will be a huge find for any company. It is without reservation that I give Jamie my full endorsement. *Per company policy the above is a personal reference.

I had the pleasure of working with Jamie as a co-worker through different branches - my office in Seattle and her office in Kent. Even though we worked in different branches, we would work together quite often. Hands down, Jamies most remarkable quality is her professional and eloquent level of both verbal and written communication. She was easily the most articulate team member of any of our 3 Washington branches. Jamie also had excellent work ethic and was someone you could rely on as both a coworker and friend. She will be sorely missed!
