In this role, my responsibilities include the following: •Working with PSNC’s Director of Communications and Public Affairs to design animations that strengthen PSNC’s brand and promote its work to external stakeholders and the public•Producing monthly statistics reports using Google Analytics to monitor the reach of and engagement with PSNC’s social media and email newsletters with a view to improving these in line with PSNC’s communications goals•Monitoring the number of entrances and unique pageviews on the PSNC website with a view to improving SEO•Responding to press queries and liaising with Directors on these when appropriate•Managing PSNC’s communications to LPCs, including producing PSNC’s monthly email LPC newsletter •Monitoring the national press and sector specific press to identify opportunities for media engagement and additional content for the PSNC website •Producing high quality written reports for PSNC’s Communications and Public Affairs and Contractor and LPC Support sub-committees•Leading on the production of PSNC’s daily email newsletter using MailChimp•Co-chairing the PSNC and LPC Conference and Events Working Group and maintaining accurate records of the group’s meetings•Leading on the organization of PSNC conferences and events•Co-chairing the PSNC/LPC Integrated Care System Working Group•Drafting key messaging for LPCs on matters such as funding and workforce pressures•Supporting the communications function of the Pharmacy Review Steering Group, which is taking forward work to improve local and national community pharmacy contractor representation and support, following an independent review into PSNC and the LPCs in 2019
