Teaching infants and children as young as 6 months to 6 years life saving ISR Self-Rescue Swim techniques. Infants a year and under learn the survival float and upon completion of their training are able to fall into the water fully dressed in winter clothes and will maintain the float. Children 1-6 years learn the Swim/Float/Swim technique, swimming until they need a breath then floating to rest and breathe then flipping back over to resume their swim, this sequence continues until they reach safety. All ISR students are given the opportunity to practice their skills fully clothed in both a lightweight (summer) and heavy (winter) outfit before graduating the program.

Led a team of bankers who were committed to their community. We engaged in genuine and meaningful dialogue with each and every client to to help them attain their financial goals. By holding regular meetings with our clients as part of their financial plan, we were able to provide busy clients with simple strategies to help them attain financial wellbeing. Served as the Southwest Florida volunteerism program chair during the first two years of a corporate rollout while simultaneously leading a top performing team. During this time, I helped to develop tools and processes which increased community service efforts throughout the region and company. My region ended up leading the company with the highest community involvement rates. Overall, consistently exceeded goals through development of a top performing and highly engaged team.
