My job is managing and overseeing operations along with delivering a variety of food products to restaurants, hotels and schools around Norfolk and Suffolk including multi-dropping products and long-hauls within tight timescales. During my time working with the company I have acquired skills that now enable me to effectively communicate at every level including on the phone and face to face, speaking to customers, and potential customers, to build up a professional working relationship to help them with any enquires. As well as overseeing the company’s logistics, I also manage the social media profile allowing me to update on the latest products that Easters ltd is offering. I have recently taken on the role of staff training which includes teaching new employees and introducing them to the company and planning new routes for other drivers to ensure they meet the tight timescales that are required.
