Training Services Manager

As the TSM I lead the delivery and implementation of vocational education, training and employment programs & services to the community apprentices, trainees and their employers. I lead a team of staff providing regulatory, quality assurance, program administration and advisory functions for the delivery of vocational education and training and related programs across the region. My position requires me to manage the delivery of vocational education and training services, funded programs and initiatives to improve training and job outcomes and to ensure they comply with regulatory, contractual, funding and delegation frameworks. My position requires me to liaise with stakeholders and communities to promote vocational education and training to increase training and employment participation and completion rates. As the manager with sound leadership skills and experience I provide advice to senior officers on industry training needs, skill shortages and priorities and program proposals to meet industry and community needs.
