      As a member of the Queen's ReFIT laboratory, we are working with Lafarge Cement's Bath, Ontario facity as they introduce low carbon fuels (LCFs) as an alternative fuel to fossil fuels. My responsibilities include using statistical tools to analyze the differences between emissions audit stack test data, from baseline fossil fuel audits versus the LCF audits, allowing us to determine if alternative fuels are having any effect on emissions; conducting various analyses on the LCF, such as moisture tests, and calculating the reductions in CO2 emissions; and preparing articles and papers for publication.
