This is inclusive of, but not limited to the evaluation of all contributions for capital and reserve funding/spending items. • Oversee and implement Capital budget and projects. • Operator and caretaker of 4 high-level dams • Managing waste stream process from curbside trash pick up to a Refuse/Recycling Center. • Currently executing a 15-year storm water project that upgrades the community’s source water and runoff issues. The Hemlock Farms Community Storm Water Plan was one of the largest to be approved. This $30MM plan is regulated through GP-11 and E&S permits approved by The DEP and Army Corp of Engineers. • Just completed the procurement process of engineering and contractor for a $3MM spillway rehabilitation project. • Attends and interacts in all Board of Director’s meetings as well as department related committees. • Maintain spreadsheets and reports for projects, management, and regulatory agencies. • Deliver project and department related reports at various meetings and community events.
