Bronze Cohort Leader for UNCG OLCE Bronze Leadership Challenge

Created a brand new cohort of Bronze Leadership students in UNCG Dance Department to support the idea of leadership in academic courses. Trained to supplement knowledge of Bronze Leadership Challenge with activities to engage peers and dance students past ordinary leadership opportunities. Facilitated workshops and activities to lead students through the challenge while also completing the Silver Leadership Challenge myself.
