James is an excellant CADD tech/drafter that will catch-on quickly in any job situation. We had a very complicated drafting standards and structure with no written documentation at G&T. James caught on very quickly and was productive faster than anyone else I brought on at G&T. James took over several sections of the project and ran with it will little to no instruction. James would make a great and productive addition to any engineering department.
