I have collaborated with James for the last two years while i work at Harrods. James has been one of the most influential and creative directors i have ever worked with and i am always blown away by his manor, hard working attitude and creative flair. Together we launched Eleventy into Harrods over a year ago and through our collaboration we have seen the product and space evolve and aligned with the customer at Harrods and also become one of the best performing brand compared to budget in the department. We have collaborated on staffing, product, incentives and training, and i can say wholeheartedly that without James expertise and collaborative approach, the venture would not have been successful as it currently is.

I have worked with James for four years and always enjoyed my interaction with him. James is very much a "glass half full" kind of chap, always positive and upbeat and brimming with new ideas. James has a very unusual trait which is worth its weight in gold - he has both the creative flair and a fantastic eye for design, but also the ability to fully manage a P&L; his numerical ability coupled with this creative edge puts him in a rare breed. His brand passion shines through and he would be a great asset to any team.
