I have worked with James over the last 10 years, initially as a Finance Manager at Exterion through to Finance Director Outdoor at Global. James is a trusted finance professional, who has developed and maintained high performing teams, gaining the trust of his direct reports, management and peers through his adaptability, technical and commercial knowledge and calm approach. James has led and delivered a number of differing projects including implementation of ERP and finance systems, reviewing and designing change in finance teams, development of robust internal controls and processes. He has been a great asset and continued support in my role as CFO, a trusted and respected colleague , he would be an excellent addition to a management team.
