Stacy, the "bug-slayer". I don't know what I would do without Stacy on my team. He is always up-beat, happy to collaborate and focused on his tasks. I always know if I have a tight deadline and need to knock something out, that I can give it to Stacy and it'll be done. I was going to use a truck analogy to craft together how much Stacy can pull behind him as he goes up hill trying to get a release ready to ship, but I'll be honest, I know nothing about trucks. The sentiment is true though! Stacy doesn't let anything stop him, but he also knows when to raise a flag and reach out. It often would just take Stacy sending me a short 1 minute video asynchronously or hopping on a 5 minutes call for me to point him in the right direction and then off he went, shortly later I'd hear about how it was done and ready for code review. Stacy is always willing to help out however he can, and does the proper research to be able to do it right. From learning Angular to learning the specificities of CSS to be able to accomplish something very specific, nothing is too big or small for him.
