I met Jim at the Diocese of Allentown in 2012. He was part of facilitating the strategic planning process out of the Bishop’s office. I had never been involved with a faith based organization in my professional experience. Jim was incredible. Not just in his professionalism and demeanor, but in his clear understanding of how to say focused on the mission – both in concept and delivery. His direction to me was extremely helpful. He and his team made me feel relaxed and capable.
