This included stepper motors and servo motors with 0.01mm accuracy and 0.1 degree accuracy in the theta axis. - I designed firmware for Freescale, PIC, Atmel, and Texas Instruments line of microcontrollers - Power supply design: user customizable flyback transformer dual polarity topology, air-core, dc-dc buck and boost regulators, LT and TI power supply IC's. Air core designs were for use in MRI compatible applications. - I designed a lot of analog circuits for measuring signals in the femto-amp level and up - I produced test fixture design and development for both mechanical and electrical components. - LabVIEW was my test software of choice when developing testing applications for manufacturing or tests that could be automated during development. I also developed test requirements and conducted validation testing and design testing based on the design requirements - C#, C++, and C application development - Produce product development documents (Requirements, Verification, Specification) - ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA 21 CFR 820, Health Canada's CMDCAS, European Medical Device Directive 93/42 - Zigbee wireless communication design for use in a medical environment. This included RF testing since there were no antennas external to our devices and the entire device was enclosed with a conductive paint for shielding. Show less
