I had the pleasure of working with James while he was doing a Video Production Internship with our company. James was a blast to work with, not only did fit right in with our team but he was very hands on with every project he was given. James is very thorough, insightful, and made everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera. Not only was he knowledgeable with the use of our camera equipment, editing, syncing, directing, problem solving, great a creating structure, implementing video content for our social media platforms, creating content, as well as, editing other content or making suggestions on other people’s content. Which made it easy for management to move him into more of a leadership role within our video production internship team. He was a natural leader, very hands on with his fellow interns, ran weekly meetings for the production team, made sure his team met proper deadlines and educated everyone, especially the non-tech savvy people on what the content will consist on or make suggestions to improve the project at the time. James, was not only insightful with the production team but also with the recruiting/ customer service side of the business. He definitely provided a few points which we use to this day. As you can see, he is very adaptable within the business world. We were sad to see him leave, he was a true asset to our company. Best luck James!
