Dr. Lynch is an excellent instructor and well-liked professional serving Drexel University Online's Master of Science degree program in Higher Education. I had Dr. Lynch as my instructor in my Enrollment Marketing/Recruitment and Financial Aid Management courses. Both were intensive courses going over the fundamentals and professional procedures for leading Strategic Enrollment Management Services (SEM) in an effort to increase an institution’s enrollment growth and students’ success rates. Fortunately, I benefited from Dr. Lynch’s professional guidance and applied the knowledge acquired in these two courses to my current place of employment in the Department of Enrollment Services at Solano Community College. He was an all-around great person and instructor to work with and clearly understands the mission and vision of Drexel University by putting students first and providing the necessary resources to meet their educational needs!

Dr. Lynch is a highly experience educator with backgrounds in the writing and communication(MFA), institutional effectiveness, and international education. His education at William and Mary further demonstrates his foundation in the liberal arts. Dr. Lynch's most recent experience at the College of Coastal Georgia includes being the director of institutional effectiveness and international education. He shepherded the College through its re-accreditation with SACSCOC and fostered internationalization through the development of curricular and co-curricular experiences in study abroad, student exchange, and on-campus programming. Dr. Lynch has been the champion of internationalization at Coastal Georgia for several years now. I had the pleasure of co-presenting a session at the 2017 GAIE - Georgia Association of International Educators meeting in Athens, GA. Our topic focused on the assessment of study abroad programs. Dr. Lynch helped me understand the importance of student learning outcomes vis-a-vis cultural competency and their role program design. Dr. Lynch is a true advocate for his colleagues and students. His kindness and fairness to all reflects his commitment to helping others become better world citizens through learning.
