      I started my new career in health and safety following 10 years of working in a manufacturing environment in which I was exposed to both good and bad health and safety practices. Having received my NEBOSH general and construction certificates I worked to implement new measures and procedures to protect those working in manufacturing before joining Andrew Goddard Associates in April 2016. Since joining AGA I've quickly progressed from Health and Safety consultant to CDM Adviser and now oversee the revision of site documentation, inspection procedures and all company marketing. My day to day role involves preparing Pre-Construction Information packs, site specific Construction Phase Plans and liaising with Clients, Principal Contractors and Architects to promote a positive health and safety culture and ensure compliance with CDM 2015. I'm currently an Associate member of APS and TechIOSH but will soon progress further on completion of the NCRQ Diploma. Show less
