YEP is a non-profit networking organisation for young people in the property and construction industries. We host regular events to provide a platform for our Members to network, share knowledge, develop their skills and do business. We create a unique platform for future leaders which aids in the development of the next generation of talented property professionals, whilst having fun at the same time.YEP empowers young people to take control of their careers and network outside their existing company or sector. The forum aims to cultivate and sustain good relationships between companies and individuals working in the property industry.

Assistant Development Project Manager: Building S6, The International Quarter, Stratford, London - Construction of Building S6 (Jan 2015 - October 2016).Developing the change management process, programme monitoring and management of the Client Monitoring Team. The project comprises the delivery of Building S6 providing 260,000ft2 of office space. Located between the Olympic Park, Westfield Shopping Centre and Stratford International train station, the wider development is expected to deliver a completed value in excess of £2bn.Project Manager: H&M, Bluewater Shopping Centre, Dartford - Extension of H&M Retail unit (Sept 2015 - Sept 2016).Management of the Shell and core project team. The project comprises delivery of the shell and core works including a large extension to the rear of the retail unit overhanging the central service yard in preparation for the Cat B fit-out by H&M.Project Manager: BMW UK HQ, Farnborough - Office Refurbishment (Mar 2015 - Jan 2016).Responsible for the delivery of an additional fit-out of office space, the fit out of a new call centre and new conference space at BMW’s new UK head office. James managed the delivery of this project from inception to completion.Project Manager: BMW UK HQ, Farnborough - Office Refurbishment (June 2014 - Aug 2015).Responsible for change and design management, programme monitoring and assisting the Lead Project Manager. In addition, James is also providing assistance to the Client with the wider project requirements beyond the construction works including business move, branding, IT, security, furniture and catering installations. The project comprises the delivery of 26,000ft2 of office space and associated buildings including a workshop.Project Manager: BMW UK HQ, Farnborough - IT Enabling Works (Jul 2014 – Sep 2014).Responsible for the delivery of the IT infrastructure to BMW’s new UK head office prior to the refurbishment of the office space and construction of a new vehicle workshop.
