Throughout the past 18 months I have had the pleasure to work alongside James at HealthHero. James is the glue that not only holds, but connects and expands multiple (often siloed) teams together at HealthHero. His ability to see the bigger picture in terms of strategy for sales, tech, product, marketing and people provides a unique skillset that makes him a huge asset to any organisation. As a disjointed organisation that has been born through a series of M&A's, the operational side of pulling these businesses and teams together has been a huge lift, in which James has played an important role. James possesses strong business acumen that is well balanced with interpersonal skills that makes him a genuine, authentic and caring employee. I would love to work with James in the future and often rely upon him for professional and personal advice!

James is a the glue that holds sales teams together. James is always available to lend a hand, dig in and get the job done. James knows how to deal with stakeholders, manage expectations, and crucially, is always looking to to improve operations and develop the teams strategy on the ground. James is destined for bigger things for sure.
