Jim is an extremely intelligent person. He is willing to learn new technologies and has always been receptive to feedback. While working with him at Applied, I was fortunate to have him on my team. Jim is one of the few people can you give a high level architecture and let him run with the implementation, knowing it will turn out ok. He was also flexible, becoming our expert RCP programmer, yet still able to switch over to design and develop web services as needed. Jim is one of the best programmers I have had the privilege of working with. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

Daniel Washburn

Jim quite witty and fun to work with. He is also an exceptionally clever and creative programmer, and his ability to grasp long-term project goals while attending to the finer details suit his position well.
