After 8 months I applied for, and was promoted to, Billing Analyst. My duties in this position consisted of reviewing billing cycles to look for irregularities and to troubleshoot their origins. In this capacity I also was in charge of running and maintaining the commercial remote meter reading system and providing support to the field reps that use the ITRON handheld readers that this system uses.
