James has a deep technical understanding of the entire stack and can therefore liase with all levels of technical and non-technical staff. I worked with James directly on a couple of different projects. One of these projects in particular was very complicated, constrained, high profile (due to it's critical nature to the business) and had tight deadlines. At the time, James was working on different project when he was urgently seconded. Previously project reports had shown large amounts of slippage and rising costs. Management identified the requirement for James to join the project to assist with these issues. Once onboard, James bought his technical and organisational skills to the project which in turn ensured the project was successfull, without slippage.
