JBC is one those leaders who has the rare ability to challenge you while also motivating you. With his background across all lines of communication (journalism, marketing, digital and social) he truly understands the needs of marketing communications leaders today. He has a knack for approaching marketing communications challenges in different ways and is someone who makes sure all of his recommendations come over with the overall business goals in mind.

JBC’s leadership was instrumental in the success of our company’s digital transformation – finding areas big and small to shape and influence meaningful change across the business. Oversaw the growth and evolution of T3 from a geeky tech magazine to a broader lifestyle magazine, substantially increasing sales, subscribers and advertising revenue. I was also involved in the launch of 10 international editions, helping to grow the network of magazines from 12 to over 20. Alongside the magazine I also oversaw the development of T3.co.uk (T3.com) where the excellent Mike Cooper developed the site from being virtually non-existent to one of the biggest tech websites in the U.K. Oversaw the growth and evolution of T3 from a geeky tech magazine to a broader lifestyle magazine, substantially increasing sales, subscribers and advertising revenue.
