My immediate impression was that of almost overwhelming energy injected into our whole team, which was somewhat adrift at the time. James has an unparalleled drive and influential mannerisms that I aspire to achieve, and this was evident across our whole team as we were rallied up and introduced to new ways of working that included improved communication and much higher morale!
