James is a superstar! From the very first interview, I knew that he was the right person to lead the multiple strands of App Store operations. It was clear that he would take the foundations of what the team had created and push it (and us) to the next level with his clarity of mind, high energy execution and deft hand as people leader. He did particularly outstanding work by establishing the data reporting and analysis tools we needed to monitor the success of our efforts, and subsequently teaching others to interpret and manipulate what he'd created. This added significantly to the maturity of our team. I would hire James again in a heartbeat!

I had the pleasure of working with James at Finn AI and Thinkific and can confidently say that he is an exceptional leader with a unique combination of business, partnerships, and operations expertise. James launched the strategic partnerships function at Finn AI which led the company to a major increase in lead generation. In his role as a senior manager of the app store at Thinkific, James was responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Thinkific app store, as well as developing and executing a strategic plan to drive installs growth. James consistently demonstrated a high level of integrity, accountability, and dedication to his work, which has earned them the respect and trust of his colleagues. I have no doubt that James will continue to excel in his career and make a positive impact on any organization he joins.
