James is a creative and technical development engineer who developed several new Mobile applications for us this summer. Together with other interns they rewrote and created from scratch Mobile business apps that will be utilized by both our customers and agents. James brought great communication and leadership skills to the team. His knowledge of OO, Android, Mobile Technologies, and various aspects of application development were an asset to helping the entire team achieve more than we had anticipated in the short summer time. We provided James and the rest of team very little guidance as far as requirements. The initiative shown by this team and their approach to the obstacles put in front of them are evidence to me and the entire management team of their abilities to be IT professionals. The android apps James and the intern team produced are professional with usability aspects that will be greatly appreciated by our agents and customers. James would be an asset to any team he worked with, hopefully that team will be American Family.
