The advantage of using the software is to increase the efficiency for document auditing and transferring. Users can finish document workflow in one system without cycles of print-sign-scan-repeat. Things we did: 1. Evaluated SPEC’s current operation processes, interviewed users and administrators, acquire requirements of future system. 2. Investigated current document manage software that can fulfill SPEC’s requirement. Identified 5 software that can fit the need of SPEC and demonstrated to SPEC team. 3.
