During my role as the senior ICBM instructor I was tasked to lead a team of 6 instructors focused on developing and providing nuclear operations training to over 80 Air Force officers. By working with our instructors, intelligence officers, evaluators, and operations support staff I was able to ensure our team delivered high quality training to meet the standards and no fail mission of executing a nuclear war plan.

As an assistant supervisor I helped lead and manage 15 military officers, 50 intercontinental ballistic missiles, and 5 nuclear launch command and control centers. In my role, I facilitated strategic integration of assets and teams to ensure the proper execution of daily operations. Additionally, I was able to hone my organizational leadership by providing mentorship and coordinated professional development opportunities for military officers and enlisted members.

During my tenure as the Operations Mission Lead, I led the execution of daily nuclear operations supporting U.S. nuclear policy, strategy, and war plan. I led 30 military officers in ensuring the safe and secure employment of nuclear weapons as an effective strategic deterrent. Responsible for the planning and execution of command and control tests, exercises, and real-world operations.
