I have been the Facilities Manager for the Eurostar HQ on James's site for the past 2 and a half years. With James working on behalf of the Landlord, I have never had an issue in the landlord demise that James wasn't able to resolve quickly and efficiently whether that was from a soft or a hard services aspect.

I have worked with James as a shift security manager and estate security manager . We both started at Embankment Place and then move over to Regent Quarter ,where we both explore and evolved in our different role . He was one who always wants maximum return on his investments , in terms of maintaining the smooth operation of his soft services team .James distinguishes himself from others with his intellectual performance and honest character . He is very serious in his purpose , meticulous in his work ethic and reliable in his duties as an FM . He is also hardworking ( not afraid to get his hands dirty ) which we have done so many times during our time at Regent quarter , as much as mopping water from a court yard , I did enjoy that day . One of many scenarios we have dealt and appreciated each help . An outstanding character and very intelligent, in high stressful environment , he is very competent , organised, flexible and an good communicator . A pleasure to work with .
