Bio
Micah Flock
James was able to hit the ground running during a critical and sometimes confusing time at Digital Lumens. He rapidly came up to speed on our internal systems and processes, and quickly became an integral part of our team. By week two, he was developing testing procedures and communicating them with our overseas contract manufacturer. His business acumen and maturity, coupled with a self-directed desire to learn, allowed him to make the most out of this coop experience. This is made more impressive by the fact that he was alone in the office at least 20 hours a week while the rest of the engineers worked from home - he was able to stay focused and support multiple critical projects. He was also admirably proactive about seeking more tasks to fill his time.
