As the Electronic Incarceration Program Manager, I updated standard operating procedures, streamlined staff, and brought the program from less than 10 participants to almost 50, while maintaining the same failure ratings. Similar outcomes were established with the Work Release Program and a fifty percent increase was seen to almost 120 participants. Combining these two sections also saw budget savings. I was awarded the Fairfax County Suggestion Award for the over $100,000 savings my proposal made. I also received a Fairfax County Outstanding Performance Award Show less
