James and I worked together in the OEM Application Design team at Schneider Electric. On several projects, James sourced parts and tools and assembled several control systems assemblies used at trade shows and customer presentations. He is diligent in researching and testing concepts and able to work independently. Thanks to his organized approach and mechanical aptitude, the team benefited with a relatively well tooled laboratory. He is thorough in his work and would make a great addition to a mechanical or process engineering team.

I have had the pleasure of working with James for two years at Schneider Electric OEM motion and automation division. James is a very diligent and a meticulous engineer. He has demonstrated exceptional capabilities in designing and implementing mechanical systems for motion applications, electrical control panel wiring and software for CAD systems and PLCs. James is very dependable and you know for sure that any task assigned to him will be completed in a timely fashion and will be of superior quality. I highly recommend James for any mechanical/process engineering position as he would be a great asset to any team.

In my role as an Application Design Engineer, I performed customer-specific proof of concept automation architecture. I also functioned as technical resource for our sales team. During my time here, I provided post-sales support locally and remotely to correct any problems that arose and was responsible for the design and overseeing the build of national trade show demonstrations. These are some of my accomplishments: • Reduced production time for trade show demonstration builds by 30% by standardizing build processes and utilizing internal model shops verses external vendors. • Managed multiple projects concurrently while meeting project completion deadlines, accomplishing through effective time management, adhering to project milestone timelines, and maintaining open line of communication with management. As a Lead Lab Technician, I oversaw 4 computer labs with 130 computers and installed hardware and software for our faculty in the College of Health and Human Services department. Here is an accomplishment I am proud of: • Troubleshot software and other computer issues with faculty, reducing faculty downtime and computer issues by 20%.
