David Elphick
When James joined Mazda as Aftersales Dealer Operations Specialist he had a steep learning curve to understand the Aftersales business both at Dealer and Head Office levels. However, through James’s passion to deliver work to the highest standard and desire to lean he soon became a very valuable asset to the team. James can work well in a team and is more than competent to work on his own initiative as he clearly demonstrated by taking the lead in organizing our internal control processes and developing the systems and processes when we changed our parts logistics provider. James is an easy going guy with a great sense of humor who can also churn out the work. I was sorry to lose James and would like to take this opportunity to wish him every success in the future.
