James was a program manager's dream. Starting with a work ethic that I have seldom seen before. I could always count on James being there when I needed him, and he made himself available for all those "special assignments" without complaints or pushback. Couple that with the fact that James was the team's expert on Java and SQL, and was willing to stop work on an assignment in order to help others on the team with Java and/or SQL problems/Questions, and you have an outstanding employee and dedicated team player. James was the person primarily responsible for the success of our team's portion of the project!! He was noticed by others (Directors) on the project, and was frequently asked to handle their "special projects". In spite of all the demands made on his time (above), James always completed his assignments on time or ahead of schedule. I could have used 10 more "James" on the project!! He was nothing less than an outstanding, committed project team member.
